True Refrigeration T-35-HC Description

The True T-35-HC two-section refrigerator resists scratches and dents with its stainless steel and aluminum exterior. Corrosion is resisted by the clear-coat aluminum interior liner, and dirt and debris do not get stuck in the coved corners. Strength is provided by the steel frame rail, and both doors can be opened with the 12-inch recessed handles. Magnetic gaskets around the door frames and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation keep cold air from leaking out.

The bottom-mount refrigeration system is accessible for maintenance since all the components are built together. A consistent volume of air is moved by the condenser and evaporator fan motors, and its evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion. To ensure cool temperatures, the True T-35-HC reach-in refrigerator uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its temperature can be monitored with the digital display, and can be set from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

Every time this unit's compressor is turned on, its condensing fan motor uses a reverse blowing mechanism that removes buildup of debris and debris on the condensing coil. Though it doesn't replace preventative maintenance, it can improve operation, keep products cool, and elongate lifespan.
