The Timeguard TW1409DPP Weathersafe Socket is a durable IP66-rated 2 gang 13A switched socket with integrated Passive RCD protection and double pole switching. Designed for demanding indoor and outdoor environments, this heavy-duty weatherproof socket provides dependable power and enhanced electrical safety.
Fitted with a Passive RCD, the unit detects earth faults and automatically disconnects the supply to help prevent electric shock. Unlike active RCD models, this version automatically resets after a power cut, making it ideal for fridges, freezers and equipment located in remote or unmanned areas where continuous operation is essential.
