It doesn't bother my eczema at all and in fact I think helps my lips stay moist and even helps heal them when a spot starts to occur. It does make my lips turn white but I really could care less because of the level of protection that it provides. It's worth it and it wipes off easily with a tissue. There are many, many products that Ive tried that irritate my lips and cause a rash and this is one of the few that does not.
