The Kawabuchi Katana is handcrafted and polished with 12 different procedures, ensuring a flawless finish and an extremely durable blade. With its 32768-layer Damascus steel structure, folded 15 times to create 37,768 layers of hardness, this sword is ideal for intense cuts and impacts. The blade is solid, extending into the handle for superior strength. Each katana is made according to the molds of traditional Japanese katanas, with precisely fitted pieces to avoid any wobble during handling.

• Blade Material: Core made of 1060 carbon steel (shintetsu) for greater flexibility, wrapped in successive layers of T10 and 1095 steels that are forged and folded repeatedly (Damascus / kawatetsu process), resulting in a unique pattern of approximately 32,768 layers in the Honsanmai style. A strategic combination with a Damascus outer layer, uniting toughness and exceptional edge retention. Professionally heat-treated and polished through multiple stages.

• Tsuka (Handle): Silk, wood, and genuine ray skin.
