How to Use
- Wash your hands before preparing the baby's food. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean.

- Add 4 level scoops of Nestum.
- Stir until the cereal is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon.
- Do not use fewer scoops than directed, since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by your infant. Do not use more scoops than directed since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by your infant.

I really like these. Have been using more natural ingredients in skin care, so these have been great with using bar soaps. The only thing I didn’t like is hair gets stuck in it. But that’s not necessarily the fault of the product. I do like that these are exfoliating.
