107 S. Mulberry is located above The Downtown Farm Stand and the doorway to the stairs to the second story is located on the Mulberry Street sidewalk.*

Rental rates**

$30 per hour  Monday - Thursday - 2 hour minimum - rental times must include set-up and clean up time.

$40 per hour Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 2 hour minimum - rental times must include set-up and clean up time.

Damage Deposit - $100.00 refundable

Full service catering is available, from served dinners to buffets, snacks, coffee, cheese, vegetable and fruit trays, hummus and more!  We offer bar service with beer & wine as a cash bar or open bar.  Downtown Farm Stand food only, no outside food please. 

Decorations allowed:

We do not allow fake snow, or small confetti for table decorations, or silly string spray in the facility.  No balloons with confetti please, we have had issues with them being popped and confetti going everywhere. Flowers, and paper decorations are fine, and painting decorations can be attached to the wall with painters tape.

Please Note: You are on the second floor of a historic building with plaster ceilings below. Dancing with jumping, stomping, or line dancing with coordinated jumping or stomping is not allowed. Plaster can come lose below and can cause damage. Thank you.

Tables and Chairs:

Your fees cover the use of tables and chairs.  You are welcome to use our table coverings that are in place!

Free Wifi is available.  We have a PA system available complimentary that can accommodate a guest speaker.

Rent a full band set-up with sound person for an extra charge

*Our historic 1880s banquet room is only accessible by stairway.
